A screenshot helps a bunch if you've got one. Takes two minutes, and a real person reads every single one.
A good bug report tells us three things
- What you were doing — the screen you were on and what you were trying to get done.
- What you expected — what you thought would happen.
- What actually happened — what went wrong instead.
